Be sure
to turn in all 3 pages of order form do not separate them;
you will get the order form back.
All Tees’ are labeled with your name and the person whom you sold
to so you know whom gets what.
Be sure your name, phone number (either cell or home) is on the form,
Make sure sizes are clearly marked.

Tickets are
now on sale:
$15.00
per person. * Ticket price includes: 2.5 hrs bowling, shoes and pizza w/soda at each lane along with desserts.
All Ticket orders are due July 31st extra
tickets available from Mrs. Parker (Sara’s mom) at the event that night if you need them….see Mrs. Parker.

“to each member. Let’s sell this night out!!!!
Tickets for children 10 yr’s and under are
$7.00 * Purchase them at the event or please see Mrs. Parker, (a.k.a Sara’s mom) in person.
For ALL bowlers
that night….we need shoe sizes so they can have the shoes ready so you can get bowling and having fun.
There
will be (6 bowlers) per lane (we have 20 lanes reserved). If you want to bowl in a group of friends or have a family group
please note that when you order/purchase your tickets and have at lease 6 people bowling in your group. If you have 12 in
your group then you have both lanes side-by-side.
These fundraisers are for YOU to help
with your outdoor season expenses for Marching Band. It’s in your best interest to sell and participate…Tell
family/friends about our events and ask them to purchase and come out for the day’s events to support YOU!!!!
